If you would like to advertise your property on the market the first stage is to speak to one of our agents about the selling process and costs involved. PRICE

Most important of all is to get the asking price of your property correct. No one will ask to view a property if the price is too high in the first place, and without viewings, you will not sell. The whole concept is to attract buyers by offering properties at a fair and reasonable price. Please do not be tempted to over price your property as it will undermine the possibility of selling in such a competitive market.

We can help with the valuation of your property and advise you of a reasonable and current selling price although the final decision is yours we can always come to some agreement.

VIEWINGS

We will always accompany the client to the property and we will point out the full advantages of buying the property to them. If we receive an offer or any questions that you can only answer we will contact you.

NEGOTIATIONS

If you are new to negotiations, the best policy is to be realistic. If you are getting plenty of viewings or you are not in such a hurry to sell you may feel comfortable to hold out for a better offer. If on the other hand, you are looking for a quick sale you should take all offers seriously. We are always at the end of a phone if you would like a little advice.
